Free Online Offerings during Lockdown

Please join me for these online classes where we will practice together simple and accessible yogic practices that strengthen the lungs and calm the nervous system.

They will be largely from a sitting or lying position but I may also include some asana (movement).

The practice will only be 30mins to be more easily accessible for those who have their hands full. At the end of the practice I will offer a held space for another 30mins (or longer if needed) for those who wish to stay on and share how they are feeling, to be held and heard in an empathetic, non-judgemental space. A lot of healing and relief can come from realising our common humanity and from witnessing and making space for all that is present within us.

And I will be sending all these donations every few days to The Country That Shook which is a charity begun by a student of mine and they are providing food for people in Kathmandu who are in danger of starvation due to the lockdown.
